Over the past year, we've multiplied our headcount, our operating margin is comfortably in double digits, and we've gained a firm foothold in sectors such as healthcare, defence, and finance in Finland. We got here through our own determined work, but also with the support of deep partner networks and our parent company, Futurice.

Even so, we always need more hands, because our clients have no shortage of work. The AI shift is changing the world in leaps big enough to strain your hip flexors, but for us it's a unique chance to prove our worth through quality. More and more of our assignments are about getting client organisations and their ways of working ready for what's coming. In practice, that means quality assurance routines, automation, data management, and testing.

Right now we have several client requests on the table for Finnish-speaking people to help solve their problems. The hottest skills are working with AI solutions (such as the Claude ecosystem and open and locally run models) and agentic ways of working. Just as much in demand is a solid grip on the fundamentals of testing and quality assurance, along with the ability to investigate systematically and untangle even structural problems.

Even the most seasoned experts in our field are learning a lot of new things right now, and that goes for us too. That's good news, really: we don't expect 20 years of experience in testing and quality assurance in an AI-shaped world, because nobody has it. What we and our clients value most is a genuine desire to learn and the ability to deliver value. Those will take you all the way to the moon.
